Baby of Mine is the brainchild of Glynis Howard. Glynis began her career abroad as a registered nurse and midwife. She quickly developed a deep passion for helping and supporting parents with premature babies and young children.
After furthering her education in Australia, Glynis then embarked on a new challenge at the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Royal North Shore Hospital where she worked for 30 years. In this time Glynis gained extensive experience in various baby settling and feeding techniques.
Following RNSH, Glynis was employed as a Child and Family Health Nurse at the Early Childhood Health Centre in Narrabeen, NSW. As a mother of three and a proud grandmother of four very energetic little grandchildren, she has a lifetime of firsthand experience in addition to her professional expertise that she is passionate about sharing with others. Her passion for helping others is immediately evident, and her greatest joy comes from achieving real and lasting breakthroughs in the homes and families of those around her.
Annie joined Baby of Mine in early 2017 and manages our social media community, provides initial conversations with clients and the resulting client care, as well as a range of tasks behind the scenes. The motivation behind her exceptional client services is for everyone on the Northern Beaches of Sydney (and beyond), to know of the great help offered by Glynis.
As a mum of one, Annie first met Glynis when her baby was only a few weeks old. She was dealing with severe anxiety, but felt her life changed after meeting Glynis, whom she describes as 'a gift from God!'
Having continued to use Glynis's services on an ongoing basis, it was a welcome opportunity to join Baby of Mine when the opportunity presented itself.
